Another beautiful day at Airlie Beach,we spent the morning driving down to Shute Harbour and watching the yachts and charter boats come and go then back to the park for a swim.
It has been a lovely few days here,we had one night of rain but it was still 26 during the day so still lovely,the sun has come out now and each day is beautiful,the only downside would be the midgies they will eat you alive if you don't spray with insect spray and also have the mossie coil burning all the time.
I had my shopping fix yesterday so I will be good for a couple of weeks now,I know it's sad but there are just no shops in the outback and you have withdrawal symptoms and you just need to have a wander around civilization again.
Just done a load of washing so the outside if the van looks like a Chinese laundry,but I am saving a fortune on machine fees so I don't care.
