We checked again at reception this morning after breakfast & they have now let us pay for an extra half day. That means we have the room until 6pm. The car has to be back by 7pm & we fly at 11.55pm. It will be a bit of a wait at the airport but at least we will be on our way home.
This morning after fixing up the room & checking in online, we drive to the Melrose Flea Markets. They are quite big markets in the grounds of Fairfax High School on Melrose Avenue. There was a lot of second hand stuff, jewellery & some other bits & pieces. There were quite a lot of people there. You pay $3 to get in & all the money goes back to the school.
After looking at all the stalls we drove to Century City Westfield. There is a Macy's there & I wanted to look for the suit I haven't been able to find at other stores. Unfortunately they didn't have any either. Possibly a good thing because I think my bags might both be over or very close to 23kgs each.
It isn't long now until we head for the airport.
