Do not ever go to Disneyland between Christmas & New Year. It was unbelievably crowded. We did 3 rides in California Adventure & none in Disneyland. We left LA about 8am for the drive to Carlsbad where Legoland is. It is not far out of San Diego & took just under 2hrs to get there. There is a Legoland Hotel right next to the park so we had a look in their lobby before going into the park. Legoland is definitely aimed at kids so the rides were mostly pretty tame. Today's photo is the beautiful view we had from our prime table on the verandah at Wynn Country Club for our Christmas lunch. It was fabulous.
