Well, what a start with Marakechs health conditions we purchased an airline approved o2 concentrator , after 4 medical clearances from the doctor, Emirates finally approved use of the machine and Jetstarasia approved the carrying on as hand luggage ( but not using onboard, which is fine as it is only a 2 hour flight and a 1 hour flight on Jetstarasia ).
