Phew! Finally feeling better and in good timing too, Long weekend, means a getaway and we're heading to the Grampians in Halls Gap. Lovely little mountainous area, great hikes, and beautiful views. Another weekend away! About 4 hours is the Riverland, so with a couple other families/exchange people we headed out. Liz and Tyne, proud parents of Pippa (black lab) allowed us to babysit for bit of the weekend! A much needed puppy fix. Did some short hikes, found some flies, went out on the SUP and giant water cycle, had a few bevies, a few laughs...all in all a good weekend! Heading out we decided to stop at some of the unusual spots along the way! We found the giant koala complete with petting zoo, next was the Pink Lake. Needing to get better at more regular updates! Port Adelaide was a trip with the exchange folks - we all went out on a dolphin cruise. Nice enough cruise, cool to see a bunch of dolphins.
