Friday 22 Had major mess up with our funds - we transferred funds from UK to z before came but when we got here Oz bank had closed our account coz we did not put any money in it within 28 days of opening it!!! aaaargh!! Just Arrived Well we've now been up for 36 hours without sleep - zombies!!! Flight from Beijing was delayed 1.5 hours so missed connecting flight from Sydney to Brisbane but all was good as we got re-booked onto one and only had to wait 3 hours. Just had a nice pizza and wine/(beer for Iain) for $10 - yum, yum! Found this little cafe with a few computers and great hot chocolate so blogging away just now!!
