AAHHHH Victoria...yet another timezone (how big really is this place!)

Our last day in Adeliade we rented a car to drive to Melbourne along the Great Ocean Road. We (or should i say I (Rich) drove to a lovely little place called Port Fairy. Having the car was brilliant we took our time and stopped off whenever we felt like it or whenever I got bored of driving. The 1st part of the trip was just driving along a ridiculously long and straight road waving once in a while to the few passing cars there were!!

Before we arrived in Victoria we stopped a awesome little place called Robe, the beach was perfect and very isolated, the sea was about 18 different shades of blue!! After lunch we hit the road (Jack).

After much more driving we stopped at Port Fairy. We stayed in the YHA which was definately the cleanest hostel we stayed in so far! We arrived pretty late but went for a walk arond a place called Griffiths Island at sunest, the sun was amazing it was BLOOD red. Neither of us could believe how read it was! We even say a Kangaroo hopping around the bush when we were walking back!!

We went to bed pretty early for an early start to 1st the Grampians national park and then the start of the great ocean road.
