Hey Hey.

We have just arrived at Hervey Bay which is where we will be staying to get over to Fraser Island. After our sailing trip (which was excellent) we got the night bus from Airlie down here. We were 13hours on the bus but both managed to sleep better than previous night transport we've taken!

Hervey bay seems to be a pretty quiet spot and were staying in probably the biggest hostel so far. We have booked our Fraser Island tour earlier. We decided against the self drive option and went for a guided tour after speaking to a guy from Airlie Beach who said this is better. (although its slightly more expensive, EVERYTHING is included) Its a 3 day and 2 night trip and we are both looking forward to it!

Hope everything is OK back home (we bet we've had more rain than you guys recently, there is a cyclone coming soon but hopefully we are now far enough south to miss the really bad stuff!)
