Hey guys Ben again......so me and Ria booked a tour of some of the most spectacular islands we have ever seen. We arranged to be picked up from the hotel at 8.30am and we were meeting up with other people to start a speed boat tour of Phi Phi Don (largest Island), Phi Phi Ley (smallest) and Khai Island (a small beach island). We paid 3000BHT for the 2 of us i managed to get the price down it was originally 4800BHT so quite a saving!! We left Rassada Port with 30 other people on board and headed for Phi Phi Don where monkey beach is.....as you can imagine by the name monkeys everywhere they were amazing and friendly but the guide warned us not to take any belongings off the boat as the monkeys will take them (trust me they had more luggage than our rucksacks!!) we took some photos (look on photo album) and then did some kayaking....ria didnt want to but i forced her on, she sat at the back like a queen whilst I did all the paddling..shes got me trained well!! We left 45mins later it was a beautiful place.......Next Stop Maya Bay "the beach' (film) we didnt go on land as it is a national park and tourists have to pay extra so we took some snaps and off again to do some snorkelling.....I was first off the boat and last on, Ria still thinks I have ADHD hehe...the tropical fish are stunning...the only annoying thing was the Japanese there so silly....setting there tripods up and trying to get there flippers on......they might be good at Karate but Swimming NO!! It was fun tho....We seen some lovely sights for a bit Pileh Cove (Pic) was very stunning the water was so blue as you can see but the most spectacular thing we seen was the Viking Cave where people live....its a bit crazy they've Built bridges out of Bamboo and climb the rocks for food bird eggs etc...it was quite a sight!! We then did a bit more snorkelling Ria gave up this time as her lenses didnt agree with snorkelling...and then onto Lunch at Phi Phi Don North the beach there was awesome....and the buffet complimented it....when your a backpacker buffets are a treat...we made the most of it (never seen Ria eat so much)!! Our last visit was Khai Nok Island where we lazed on the beach and relaxed on a nice white sand beach before returning to Rassada to be taken back to our Hostel...Which is great by the way!! We had a great day really nice to see the Islands and the tour was run excellently with refreshments and the buffet being top class.......we feel we've seen Phuket now and love the place so its time to move on,so where off to Koh Pha Ngan (I think thats how it's spelt) for 3 days we leave the 23rd then to Koh Samui for another 3 days and then back to Bangkok on the 30th to meet up to begin our tour!!
