Woke up late and missed brekkie so decided to check out of hostel and get on with the day. Didnt really want to see too much of Bangkok as we have 4 days here wen we start our Intrepid tour at the end of the month. Needed to get a bus down to Phuket as wed booked 6nites there from the 18th. We were going to leave on the 18th but found there was a nite bus leaving at 6pm which wud get us to phuket for 10am on the 18th. Only 10 pounds each so we agreed on that. Started going for a wander, still a bit tired from the flight so unfortunately we cant really tell u much about our day in Bangkok. In the afternoon, we checked into the hostel we had originally booked in for that nite, just to have a shower b4 the bus journey-u should have seen the confused look on the receptionists face wen we checked out 3 hours later. Got on the bus at 6pm, quite comfy with air con, so quite pleased. Watched some dvds and just chilled, 1st 10 hours flew by, but the last 7 were a nitemare.........
