Day 52 - Phnom Penh

Today we left Siem Reap and took a taxi to Phnom Penh the capital city of Cambodia - it took 4 hours. When we arrived at our hotel Sura and I were so excited because we got our own room with our own TV! Mum was even more excited because the apartment has a washing machine! Dad couldn't believe the size of the apartment it has a kitchen, two huge bedrooms, two huge bathrooms and living room. After we all calmed down we took a walk along the Mekong River past the Royal Palace and ate lunch at a little café. We spent the afternoon relaxing and unpacking and ate a wonderful Khmer meal for dinner.
