20/11/2009Day 46 - Chiang Mai to CAMBODIAThis morning we packed our bags, had lunch and headed to the airport. The flights were quite enjoyable especially when Dad split sugar all over himself! 19/11/2009Day 45 - Chiang Mai - Thai Cooking ClassThis morning we headed off to our Thai cooking class, I was hungry just thinking about it. There were 9 of us in the group. Our teacher took us to the market first where we learnt about the local produce rice, vegetables, spices and sauces. Our teacher let us choose the 6 dishes we would be cooking. 18/11/2009Day 44 - Chiang MaiToday we said goodbye to Uncle Scott, Aunty Jess, Snowy & Poochy. It was sad, luckily I have Sura and Mum & Dad. In the afternoon we relaxed by the pool. Dinner was yummy we had fried rice served in a pineapple.

17/11/2009Day 43 - Chiang Mai - Day by the pool & Night MarketToday we had a day by the pool, Sura and I worked on our tan and had a swim. We even had lunch by the pool. Later in the afternoon we went inside and watched a little T.V before heading out to dinner and then exploring the night market some more. Mum bought some great things, again I can't tell you what they are as they will be a surprise.

16/11/2009Day 42 - Chiang Mai - Tiger Kingdom and Thai BoxingToday was the best day ever! We went to the Tiger Kingdom, a reserve for tigers and for tourists to enjoy the tigers up close and personal. First we went into the cub's enclosure; there were 2 cubs only 6 weeks old. We were able to play with them and pat them; unfortunately I wasn't allowed to stay long because tigers are scared of Dragons. So Mum and Dad took many photos for me. There were so cute and ...
