We packed up the caravan and headed into Coffs Harbour to have a look around. The town is quite spread out. Coffs Harbour is best known for its beautiful beaches. Many will also be familiar with the statue of the Big Banana.

We found a suitable beach and headed out with the kids for some surfing and body boarding. The waves weren't great but we all had a lot of fun.

After lunch we hit the road and made our way down to Port Maquarie. We set up camp at a little town called Wauchope, which is about 20km out of Port Maquarie. Tomorrow we plan to catch up with Mandy's friend Michelle Hughes and her family.
