Got a load of photos up, they're not the best but its a start. Ive been ill the past 5 days, thats why we havent been up to much. Stomach prob - must have been all the Thai food I was trying in Bangkok. Im sticking to western food now for a while and Im on the mend. Bloody attacked by mosquitoes too the other night when I didnt have any spray on! Big feckin bites and itchy as feck.

Its 11am here now and were about to go up a mountain quad biking, with a guide of course. I'll let yeez know how it went. Up the Celts!!
