Another relaxing day and a sleep in. Navajo went for a run at 9:30am and Cecilia and I slept in. We mucked around most of the day - and all I did was sleep and read as I was feeling very very sick unfortunately. Later in the afternoon Cecilia went for a run and Navajo bikes beside her, but she said she died because it was still so hot! A big sleep in this morning as we were all absolutely shattered from Venice. We got up and had some food and then booked some more train tickets to head to Monterosso (the coast) on Monday, and Florence on Wednesday. Then we had more pasta for lunch! This morning we had a rather early start. Cecilia woke up at 5am so we were pretty much awake since then. The two of us got up at 6am and got ready to head to Venice. We left home at 6:30am, picked up Benedetta (Cecilia’s friend), and then headed to Parma train station. Another good sleep in this morning then up for some very late breakfast. We mucked around at home until lunch, had some more pasta for lunch and then I had a bit of a sleep - not a very good day health wise. Afterwards we headed out for a bike ride around Basilicanova, even though it was 36 degrees! It was nice to get out for a look around and in the sun!
