After Phi Phi we went to rainy Phang-Nga a quiet town where we, strangely for Thailand, saw very few Westerners. We ate all our meals in a lovely little family run cafe trying out all the local delights. The next day we went on a tour of the limestone cliffs and 'James Bond Island' feauturing in the 'The Man with the Golden Gun'. We went sea kayaking through caves and had a delicous Thai lunch in a local fishing village.
Next stop was Koh Sok national park the girls went on an elephant trek (having done one in India i oppted out) which they all loved whilst i had a bit of chill out time in our rustic bungalows with the frog (see photo). In the evening we asked the chef to cook us 4 dishes of his pleasing and they were all delicious and we were all stuffed.
We did plan to go trekking the next day dressed up in short shorts and long socks to try and keep leeches at bay but the park was closed due to the rain (fear of mudslides) so we went tubing instead. Tubing was awesome fun sailed down the river on a tyre inner tube laughing the day away.
