Hi , hope you have got the last 3 blogs I put up.
After a lovely stay in Burgos and nice hotel we riddled reluctantly off on our way at 6.50am stoping 20 mins later when we found a coffee shop open and could get a cup of tea and have the thermos flasks filled with hot water.
We walked for 8 hrs today with maybe a total of 1 hr of breaks.
We walked most of the day thru - yes you guessed it - wheat fields!!!!
A bit more interesting actually as there were a few scruffy hills around.
We are doing less tmw / 20 kms to rest a bit after the 30 kms today and again Sunday.
Talked to some people tonight- English speaking for a change.
The walk really is tedious but many people have reasons to be doing it, often family tragedies or scoring brownie points for friends etc.
We saw a man with an Alsastian dog the 1st couple of days and today 300 kms later he reappeared. Poor dog.
