After a 7 hour bus journey from Taman Negggara we arrived in the Cameron Highlands and stayed in a dormfor the time we were there called Daniel's Lodge whichg was really cool. Our first dorm experience, it had its own bar, movie area and space to sit around.

The following day we hired push bikes in an attempt to ride to a tea plantation which was 9km away. It turned out to longer then this (we reckon!) it was all uphill, which never occured to us, in the rain, at altitude and pierre's bike was rubbish and hardly worked. Because of all these we didnt make the 9km ascent instead stopping at a wildlife sanctuary on route where we saw all sorts! I gained a new found respect for Lance Armstrong. The cameron highlands were quite chilly, jumpers were worn as the temp was around 23 degrees and it rained a lot, i mean it lashed it down a lot.
