Yesterday we went surfing at Serangan Island again... Met up with the Australians we have been seeing there everyday and had a great time. Again, the surf was a little dangerous for me but I had a great time swimming and sifting through the shells and coral stuff anyway. Then last night we met up with them at our local restaurant for dinner and drinks - it was great. I think we will be surfing again tomorrow so we will see them for the last time then - I have renamed myself the 'social coordinator' of the trip as Harry has been surfing so much that he hasn't really been meeting the people I have been whilst sitting the the warungs, so I have been inviting the people I meet on the beach for dinner and drinks and Harry has sorta been meeting them for the first time at dinner and he has been having a ball with all these new faces every night over dinner, it's been great! Miles, the Pommy has been our side kick now for the past w2eek and I think he is loving it cos his other pommy mate has just left for Pom-land and he was the most uneventful character we have ever encountered. So finally Miles is having some fun, getting to surf with us everyday and have nice meals with some beers in a fun atmosphere. We think he is also enjoying the different people joining us at dinner every night too cos he is naturally pretty shy I suspect. Anyway, today we are taking it easy, starting our shopping spree really as well as going on that Monkey Forest and Temple tour from 3pm today - should be great, but I am really scared that a seedy Balinese Monkey is going to bite me and give me rabies. AAAAArghhhh... Also, it's overcast today so I am hoping that it clears up by sunset cos we will miss the nice sunset over Tanah Lot. H & P xxx
