Abbie - This morning we got up at 6.45am and went to the thermal spring to swim and hopefully see some turtles! Our friend, staying at the same caravan park as us, told us that apparently there are turtles from around 7-7.30am. We luckily saw about 3 turtles and the water was so beautiful and warm. Abbie - Today we left Daly Waters and drove until about 1030 where we stopped at Bitter Springs, Mataranka. We went in the thermal springs! They are hot springs and it is beautiful and blue water.
