The monastry of Santa Carolina is so beautiful and the square in this city is great, however it is the dormant(we hope) volcano, called El Misti, which steals the show. Also has been a few big earthquakes here (last one in 2001) just to worry the grandparents!!!! We went sandboarding and buggying (please read this word correctly for those of you with that type of mind) which were superb (this photo is not of us surprisingly, but we were both far better).
