Hello all

We arrived in Phuket about six days ago. Again we came across by ferry, but this time it was the worst ferry crossing ever! It was a very rough crossing and most people on the boat were suffering with sea sickness including myself. We were glad when we got to land again.

We decided to stay in a place called Patong. The first thing we noticed was that Phuket is a lot more westernised than the rest of Thailand. Patong was very nice and the night life was good fun except at times a little in your face.

We did go to see a cabaret show in Patong which was interesting. It was full of all sorts but mostly ladyboys!

There isn't much to report on Phuket as we never got up to a fat lot but hopefully Kuala Lumpur will be more intersting!!
