Hello all

We travelled from Koh Samui to Koh Phangan by ferry, on the crossing over we met a friendly Thai guy who persuded us to stay at a place called Coral Bunglaows, the rooms were fairly decent and so was the price.

So after arriving we decided to explore the island, so after a long day of travelling and walking around we decided to call it a night and chill out in our room. Little did we know Coral Bungalows is the Capital of all parties in Haad Rinn. As we were just relaxing for an early nights sleep the party began, obviously the friendly Thai guy forgot to mention the party, it went on till 6.00am and we got no sleep!

Needless to say the next day we moved on. We found a lovely place on the North tip of the island called Chaloklum Bay. It had its own private beach, lovely swimming pool and it was very quite with beautiful surroundings. We stayed here for five nights although we did blow our budget slightly on the accommodation but it was worth it!

We then moved to the West of the Island to a place called Haad Yao, we decided we needed to get back on track with the budget so we found some very nice cheap and cheerful bungalows at the Bounty Resort. We stayed here for another five nights and there isnt much to say except we lounged around alot topping up our tans and in the evenings we would go out for a few drinks and a nice meal.

This now brings up to 16th July and tomorrow we are off to Krabi which is on the other side of Thailand!
