Day 15
As no more day trips are booked for this holiday we thought that we would walk up to the next beach to the north from here called Nopparat Thara Beach. It wasn't as nice as Ao Nang we thought with more crushed shells than sand. It was Sunday and lots of Thai locals were picnicking here. We walked to where the river flows to the sea and where we had motored out yesterday on the way to Rok Island. We returned the same way and dropped into a restaurant for coffee and a juice on the way. Spent the afternoon lazing around, swimming and generally doing nothing. Lisa had yet another massage! Dinner at Golden Beach Thai Thai Restaurant.
