From Invercargill this morning I drove to Bluff. Which is right at the bottom of South island. It's still wet, wet, wet, with gale force winds and cold.
Just to the right of this sign there is a cafe. I sat inside for ages just watching the storms roll in across the bay. Pouring with rain 1 moment and then dry the next with the sun trying to come out.
I thought back when I was at Cape Reinga, right at the top of North island, when it was sunny and hot. That seems like ages ago.
I drive back to my apartment to keep warm and dry. An early wine-o-clock is declared!
