Hello there.

I just wanted to thank everybody for all the lovely birthday wishes they sent! I had a lovely day, started off with a bit of a sleep in, then onto the supermarket for some flavoured milk and croissants which we took to the gardens in Chester for breakfast. Then it was transit time, we took the train to Liverpool, the bus in Liverpool to the airport, the the plane to Dublin and the bus into Dublin city, so I did get a little grumpy while all this was happening. But I soon recovered once we got to the hostel.

Paul took me out to dinner, we went to the Temple Bar district to an Italian place, it was really yummy! Then we headed to THE Temple Bar, it was pretty cool, had a traditional irish band and guinness. The nightlife in Dublin is pretty awesome, and i can't wait to check it out again when we get back there!

Anyway as Paul said we're in Kilkenny now (where apparently they don't have Kilkenny on tap but Smithwicks is brewed just down the road, quite nice!)
