Woke to a cracker of a day. Blue sky and sunshine, just what we had ordered! We all got going early and were on the slopes not long after 8:00am Conditions were perfect and we enjoyed a great morning’s skiing! Lisa was heading to Cairns today for 5 days so she walked across the road to the terminal for her 7:30am flight. It was Father’s Day so had a bit of a slow start which was probably not a good idea as we had a lot to do! Freezing cold start to the day. The battery was flat again but at least the diesel heater worked. Eventually started the car and got enough power to run the pump and have a shower! Left Lake Hume on yet another perfect day. Drove down to Wangaratta and a roadside truck stop for a coffee before continuing to Seymour and a nice free camp next to the Goulburn River. Had a fire in the fire pit and we felt sad that this was the last bush camp for the trip.
