I have entered the land of the blogging backlog. Please forgive my absence. Melbourne has been good to me. I met some good people. Bought some nice items of clothing (probably not that practical but never mind). Ate some good food. Saw some good, err, s***.

Saw beck and Pip again before I left. They were hammered when I caught up with them so it was a bit nonsensical but funny nontheless.

Aunty Olga very kindly took me up to Mount Eliza to the vinyards. Went winetasting and pretended that I knew what I was talking about. Stayed at Karen's (my cousin's) place. Don't like her very much but was nice of her to put me up. Despite her being a bit of a pompous james blunt.

Sorry to leave Melbourne. Good city. Check it out!

I'm in Auckland now. I thought I had some funny stuff to say but I forgetted it. I'll re remember it again soon. Auckland is a bit boring. not very much going on in this motherf***er. Rhys Darby of Flight of the Conchords fame is from here and he says its ace. Maybe it is. Maybe I havent tried hard enugh to find good things. I have spent most of this morning trying to find a half decent hairdresser. there arent any.The YHA I'm staying in has absolutely no character at all although its quite nice to stay in a hostel that doesn't smell of goon and vomit. This one smells like the disinfectant they used at school.

I'll try and get on the kiwi bus asap so I can meet some people (hopefully not sheep) and see things. I want to go bungee jumping, skydiving and black water rafting. It looks badass.

Do any of you actually read this? I never get any comments or anything.

I hope you are enjoying your bank holidays. I wish I could have a bank holiday! 8 months travelling is hard work.
