As far as I'm concerned, this is the best travelogue since Orwell went on a stag do to Dubrovnik with Ernest Hemingway. Keep it coming mate and we will get this published - Bryson is quite literally browning himself and I'm not talking sun beds

How lucky are you then, eating durian? Hopefully you will put the weight back on that you lost in Oz and NZ! Off to Kef tomorrow, can't wait, stress levels quite high, Norman being an ...........!!! He's being moved, thank goodness. Have to take the puppies to kennels now, not looking forward to it. Take care, will ring you from Kef, love Mumsyxxxx

Sounds like you're having quite a hectic time!! Glad I didn't know you were skydiving until you'd done it!!!! Weather has been great here for the last week - sadly its my day off and its cloudy!! Nannie is coming to stay at the end of next week. Going to Cambridge to collect her on Wednesday. I posted a message a few days ago but for some reason it has not appeared. Strange. Take care, keep having fun....... Love Mumsy xxxxx

Hey mate, I just logged in after a long absence. Nice to see that you are still keeping well.
So much stuff happened since we last communicated - just life, work with it and not against it I suppose. You have a rather unique almost Clive James/Bill Bryson meets Rottweiler approach to your travel discussions. I sometimes think that I have figured you out, then you do a 180 and i'm back to thinking that you are simply the enigma that I got to know in Sheffield (its a good thing mate).
By the sounds of it - you are getting more than a fair share of the action out there. You'll be pleased to know that while your nights get darker and the cold sets it, we here are experiencing somewhat of a phenomenon - cloudless skies and as temperatures into the mid 20's. I knew that there had to be an upshot to this global warming milarky!!
Appreciating that you are the avid fan of football - you'll be pleased to hear that my beloved chelsea are a day away from a possible league title, assuming an unlikely slip up by Man United. I also plan to travel to wembley next w/e to see exeter get back in the football league after a night in sheffield.
I'll stop dribbling on now, but you should treasure these impromptu messages as I am a man of many words but with a severe lack of interest to ever email them!!
All the best man, keep safe and check your spelling next time as I think the southern air is playing havoc with your typing skills....laters
