Well, today (Sun 23rd) was more productive and much more active than yesterday! Had a lovely day though :-) The first thing I did was go on the second cable car in the town which is called the 'la garrucha' which is not a modern cable car- it is almost a big brightly coloured wooden box with a door on each side and 2 little benches in it! It takes you up to the opposite side of the town and once again you get great views of the town, and it was a bargain at 3,000...

So I am now at my next stop which is the small town of 'Jardin', between 3.5 and 4 hours from Medellin. I read about this place on someone's blog when I was doing some research/reading for my trip and noted it down in my guidebook as I liked the sound of it.
