Yeah Jayne- it was very relaxing and water/mud very good for my skin! Chinese bath house sounds interesting. Love foot massages, bet they are eally cheap?!

The spa sounds so relaxing Nina. Hope it helped your cold. I am desperate to visit a Chinese bath house and also have a foot massage.

Hi Julie- yes it was really nice to be ´en famille´! Still am, as am currently staying with them in San Gil. Sombrero pic on facebook and will upload photos soon :-) Have heard the weather has been bad in Manchester :-( Hope you are otherwise well.

Hey Nina, don't seem to have your email address for some reason. The walk sounds fab. Lots of people use umbrellas as shade from the sun here in Shanghai, so it's not such a strange thing to do after all!! Very sensible really. Not like me at the Dragon Boat race. I now resemble an overcooked lobster.

All sounding amazing so far - except for the bat - I am not overly fond of them myself :) :)

You really do make me want to visit somewhere somewhat more exotic than me and H usually go - but I fear I might starve to death!!! Is vile and cold and torrential rain here!!!!!
