Today we had a lovely sleep in until 8am, it was so needed especially when we have to get up at 5.45am tomorrow morning. We started the day of with a 3 course breaky, pot of tea, then an orientation drive around Dublin. The hotel is pretty central which is nice for a change and the rooms are very nice too. Woke up this morning to an overcast day but its not as cold as it has been. Not a good start to the day, we are sitting in the seat where some body had spewed in a couple of days ago, it still stinks lol!! There are lots of sick people on the bus coughing and spluttering. Well it's a beautiful day, the sun is shining let's hope it lasts! Today we are driving along Dingle peninsula. It has magnificent views of the Atlantic ocean and the Blasket islands. We took lots of pictures, it makes such a difference with the sun shining. The road is windy and that skinny that to pass another car one has to stop lol! Good fun. The Ring of Kerry ( Iveragh Peninsula ) is part of the mystical & unspoilt region of Ireland that has attracted visitors for hundreds of years. Its very beautiful however it was a gloomy day with rain on and off, so it didn't look as spectacular as I'm sure it can. Woke up today to the sun shining, not sure how long it will last but it was great to see this morning. Had a well deserved sleep in, 7 am, spoilt I know lol!! We are driving along the south coast of Ireland, with spectacular views of the Atlantic ocean. Ireland is very much farming communities, lots of cows and horses.
