Today was another beach day. We watched many surfers falling off their boards and were out in the sun all morning reading and relaxing, but by lunch time we had decided that due to another swim making us all salty we would have to go for a shower. Today we spent all day on the beach at Surfers Paradise. The beach there was far better than the ones on the sunshine coast – it actually had sunshine! From 9am we were out on the sand reading, then we made a trip to the post office to post our postcards and got to see the Surfer’s monorail that went from the biggest hotels to the casinos and back.
