Well I've finally finished packing, but sadly my bag is too heavy!! So the spare set of cycling shoes will have to be left at home, which may mean wet feet, but more importantly means I now have to unpack the whole bag as they are at the very bottom......

Looks like that is a job for the morning at I am far too tired to do it now!

Did find time this evening for a 5 mile run with Ali and had my nails done, so I think I am finally ready - if the Gods of JLR could oblige with a quiet day tomorrow that would be super
