I have woken up this morning with a puffy face, swollen eyelids and a bottom lip that looks like I have had some bad collagen implants. Add to that a raging headache, sore throat and a runny nose....... Things are not looking that good.

I am off to see the doctor now, but if they even suggest I can't cycle today they may have a fight on their hands!!
