We went to the coastal town of Swakopmund where the temps really dropped to the 20's instead of the 30's and 40's!! We firstly visited a place called Sossusvlei which is in the Namib desert!! Its a combination of a lot of sand and lods of dried out river beds!! It really is an awsome place!! The desert was so hot around 40 degrees and our guide told us it can get up to 60 degrees in January!
