Well after a tiring four days in the desert we came to Santiago and decided to have a week of relaxing... and that we did!! We chose the best hostel, as it had loads to do including a huge TV and an Xbox with 150 movies and TV programs on it so we were more than happy with the choice!! By the end of the week we decided we should get out and actually see some of the city before we left... so we headed up San Cristobal, a mini mountain top so we could see the skyline of the city... it was pretty amazing from up there. We chose a good day to go also as the weather was pretty bad but this day was clear blue skies and pretty warm! Not bad considering its their winter here! The walk down was quite funny as we chose an alternative route... and I (Natalie) had flip flops on which didnt go down well when the ground was muddy as anything so to say my feet got pretty mashed is an understatement!!

We just went out for a bit for the one when when Man Utd won the Champions league which was quite fun as everyone else apart from me (Nick) and a chinese dude was supporting Chelsea! And watched the game on the worlds biggest tv in the hostel!!

We are flying to Auckland tonight and get there on Tuesday 27th which is interesting but not expecting it to be to warm just looking forward to the sky dive.
