Morning guys. Just a quick one as I have been using the blog from my phone I couldn't automatically see comments that you have posted. Sorted out so read them all. Sorry I didn't respond but didn't realise they were there. On the case now. This morning we went into town for a mooch around. At 12:45 we went on a tour. The minibus took us to a lake where we boarded a fast speedboat. This was great fun and took us a distance of approximately 25 miles down the valley taking us approximately an hour and a half with a few stops on the river for the guide to tell us about certain areas. Lots of 360 turns too. We then took a forest walk which was very unique to us and we have not seen anything similar to it before in other forests. It was particularly wet and gave an eerie feeling in some places and mystical. You could imagine a film easily being made there. The walk was about 15 minutes. We then returned back to Wanaka for the evening. Another lovely day some pictures will follow eventually. However, the Wi-Fi is very weak in lots of places therefore it is taking much longer to post photographs than normal.
