After a spot of shopping (and 5 pairs of purchased shoes) Chris and I made our way down to Lake Kentucky.

Lake Kentucky is a land made lake made in the 50's to try and help the central Kentucky State get power to more homes. It's also very beautiful and as its summer holidays over here there were a lot of campers out and boats on the lake.

Chris and I walked around part of the lake and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Then sat with our hosts on the deck of their lake house and had a few local brewskies before we made ourselves dinner. It's amazing what eating out for almost every meal does over a week. Chris and I were so excited about cooking and also eating vegetables we made a beef stirfry and it was great!!

We then sat with our hosts and watched the Cardinals play the Giants again and this time the result was much better 7-4 to the Cardinals!!

Relaxing afternoon and evening at Lake Kentucky.

Also we are 4-3 to Chris with the wipers vs indicators ongoing saga. Lol.
