Hello!!!

Arrived in Bangkok last night after another nightmare AirAsia flight!! I tell you what Ryan Air look good compared to them!! I'm staying right in the centre of Bangkok in the main shopping area (not by accident either :p!!)

Last night I just had a wander around and got my bearings - i has sushi for dinner which was very nice. Today I got up at 7 to go the the Chutachuck weekend market - this is one of the biggest markets in the world and is made of up over 6000 stalls!! It was mad!!! It is so big that it takes up the space of 3 subway stops!! I had a really good time although I didn't buy that much because I kept thinking i would go back for things and then not being able to find them again!! A lot of the stuff was amazingly cheap and you could litterally buy anything you wanted there! There was even a black market section selling illegal animals that i wandered into - this was of course rather scary as legal animals scare me at the best of time. I got royally lost numerous times and only managed to find an exit an hour after I decided to leave!!! No kidding!!!

Just been warned that I only have 5 minutes to go so will have to wrap it up and write some more tommorow!! I only have a few days left now so going to try and cram in as much as i can. I will of course be doing something cultural tommorow to make up for all the shopping (well walking around for hours at least) that I did today!!
