Today we had a small sleep in before heading out. We caught a double decker bus which was really amazing when you were at the top. You had a far better view then what normal buses give. We got off at the famous Oxford street and it was bustling with people. The weather was cloudy and steady rain was consistent. Umbrellas were needed to protect us from the cold wind that came from the south. We split up into two groups and headed in completely opposite directions....

Paris to London This morning we awoke to a grey but dry Parisian morning. After packing up we took A brisk walk to the Gard de Nord train station for our 10.08 departure. We bought tickets and an audio guide and then entered the Denon section and walked straight for the Mona Lisa. In the morning we travelled to Palace De Versailles by the jam packed suburban train. Somehow the train crowded to capacity managed to absorb the Sullivans and Isaline. Today we decided to go to the Eiffel Tower in the morning. We caught three different metro trains and arrived a couple of hundred meters from the tower.
