Our first full day on the road took us first to Armstrong, BC, where we had a quick lunch with my niece and then said goodbye to various brothers, sister-in-laws and great-nieces and nephews. We may have left home a couple of days ago but today actually feels like we are starting our Cross Canada trip. This afternoon we took the Kettle Valley Steam Train for a 2 hour run on the original train tracks from the 1800's pulled by a steam locomotive from the same era.
