Up early again as lots to see and trying to avoid heat. Checked out and had brekkie. Headed to the Plaza Espana, area built for 1929 expo. Amazing building, huge and very beautiful. Wandered through gardens and back along the river. Came back into the town and went to the Real Alcazar, the palace. Got in for free cos of student card so most pleased. Great place, similar to the Alhambra in decor and style so really enjoyed it. Took the extra tour of upstairs as was furnished, helped to see how it would have been at the time. Good audio guide again. Came down and went into the gothic part of the palace but not much there. Went into the gardens, expected them to be more impressive but was disappointed. Were all very structured and a little boring. Found a more interesting area but still not up to others I've seen so far. Left the palace and got some lunch. Had an appointment at 2 for my massage in the Arab Baths. a new experience but good. Had to put plastic covers over my shoes which looked very silly and then didn't understand anything that was going on. After a bit of confusion ended up with very petite, pretty Spanish girl for my massage. Once over the beached whale feeling laid back and relaxed. Even coped with a foot massage, think have learnt the art of relaxing and then it not tickling so much. Almost kicked her in the face at one point tho. After being massaged head to toe and feeling almost human again I went down and showered. Came back to the hotel and got a taxi to the b&b for my last night (pick up point). Arrived and checked in, used internet and was disappointed to find the bullring closed. Read for a while and went out to the shops, found a Dotty P and Topshop as well as a few others good shops. Never a good thing with my lack of will power. Was fairly restrained however. Got dinner and came back to hostel to read and sleep.
