Woke up and got brekkie at the hostel. Bus at 8 and uneventful journey. Giggled through a few Friends episodes and learnt that Portugal was on UK time (something every day hey!) arrived about 10 30 and went to hostel. Actually lots of appartments around the town. Got one with the kiwi girls and were lead on a crazy tour with lots of u turns etc. Found flat eventually and have own room. in contest for best accom, brand new kitchen and bathroom. Rooms all clean, mine small but fine, even have a garden area with table and bbq. Had a mini faff and went into town to explore. Found a much quicker way into town and had a brief wander. Found a supermarket and Um Bongo (very exciting). Came back up to the flat and got ready for the beach. Just Laura and me off to beach so headed out. Found the little boat that crosses the water and the beach. Great beach with nice sand. sea a little rough tho. Laura nearly lost all bikini! Chilled on the beach for a while. Came back up to flat about 4 via the shops. Chatted in the garden and had another haircut, fringe driving me potty! Went out to find the supermarket again and buy dinner. Came back and cooked up a storm, lots of veggies! Others were going out but not feeling overly in the mood so opted to stay in. Watched cable tv and read my book until falling asleep about 1.
