Bon soir! I am now in Paris. Had long trip, managed to sleep part of the way which won't surprise some of you! Ferry very calm and lovely so the journey I had been dreading was fine. Hotel very basic but ok - room mates nice and friendly even if one has got flu. Trying to avoid her without looking rude! Met some nice people already. Have spent the evening sat overlooking Paris at the Sacre Coeur eating a baguette and ham with a group of chums. All good! Off to bed now tho have four hour bike trip around Paris in the morning and another one at night - I must be mad!!
