Surprise surprise, we did the walking tour of Liverpool. It was very interesting and worthwhile. Not only did it tell us interesting facts about the history of Liverpool, but took us around to all of it's really cool buildings and showed us more of The Beatles monuments and shared some extra facts about the band. We also pre purchased tickets to the Liverpool Football Club stadium tour and museum and did that in the afternoon. There are currently 30,000 people of some whom have waited 20 years to become members and get tickets to a game. So the tour of the stadium was the next best thing! It was amazing to say we have been and seen where they play. Such a good experience! We headed back into town and grabbed a coffee to warm us up and then headed back to our accommodation to prepare for the beginning of our trip through Scotland. No rain today!
