hey guys, i'm having a ball in the most beautiful place i've been so far and it rocks!! i've been on a jump on - jump off bus tour which has been action packed all the way. during the day you are climing mountains, hiking the rockies or just having huge snowball fights.........at night you are playing drinking games ('the ole fav "I have never"), sitting by a bonfire or simply raging all night to a cool funk band where the lead singer dances like a combination of peter garret and steady eddie...lol. nearly everyone on tour has hooked up with someone along the way and i've meet 4 people from adelaide! so it was interesting... so we started off in vancouver and headed for whistler ski resort. i went mountain biking and ziptrekking (a huge flying fox) between whistler and blackcombe mountains. everyone in whistler is here to party and that's what we did! we were drinking next to the canucks (vancouver ice hockey team) unaware. next was the rockies (banff, lake lousie, jasper etc...). we went go karting, hiking, saw some elks and had quite alot of snow. the scenery is so spectacular... last night was crazy... it started off like a huge party and ended up with us taking our welsh room mate to the hospital, due to her pole dancing street signs and gashing her leg open, which required 6 stiches................ but the hospital staff had a gag at 3 aussies, a kiwi and a welsh all off their heads singing kareoke and pretending to be completely sober! i'm seriously considering coming back for a working holiday. i have some accommodation lined up and possibly some work so why not! mum - i promised i'll be home for a while this time before that happens. i'm off to do some more exploring, hope you're all well and living life to the max! megsy x
