hey, so i'm in dahab for a few days to relax. i started off in cairo and headed for the bazar with my roomie penni. we got hassled alot and bought a few bargins. we got quite good at bargining - the best way is to walk away and they chase you down the street and keep lowering their prices! we went to the pyramids and the great sphinx, they were both great. there quite close to the city so it spoils it abit. we then headed for aswan on an overnight trai...

Well - here it is - my final postcard for my overseas jaunt (sob sob..). But what better place to send it from - Egypt - the land of ancient secrets, sun and sand. Such an amazing place with so much to see and do. Am currently on the east coast of the Sinai Peninsula at Dahab, which is a bit of a resort town, but lovely nonetheless. Our hotel is on the waterfront and we can see all the way to Saudi Arabia (only 20kms away apparently across the sea!). Ha...
