Well todays blog should be the shortest one in history since I slept in all day long! Surprisingly too after all the caffeine! We were supposed to be doing a tour today of the underground tunnels, built during the war obviously... The tour was at 8:30am, I woke up at 5pm! A tiny bit too late I suspect? Annie went to go have a massage with Bree and Rehana and I had fast food for some instant energy! Didn't go to KFC though, I had the 'Vietnamese' version which tastes pretty much identical to be fair! Westerners mostly eat here to taste what they think is the supposedly 'local food', whereas all the locals we meet, just eat at KFC all the time! Weird!

Annie left to go meet Dah, Din's friend from Cambodia! He just randomly turned up on his way back from Bangkok and just checked into our hotel in the room upstairs! How random!

So after a few hours of listening to music and trying to sort out my rucksack, salvaging what can be reworn and what cannot... Gross I know, I would not dare in England but needs must as there's not a coin-op in sight around here! I made plans to go out with Zorro and his friends instead and leave them two alone seen as Bree and Rehana had now left... :( sniffle, sniffle *cries*

We went to Đại Lộ Danh Vọng, named after the Hollywood Boulevard walk of fame!! I had a fruit bowl of like the other night, lychee, berries, cherries, durian and pineapple only this time, with condensed milk! As gross as it sounds its actually another really tasty idea! I expected just a fruit smoothie when he said mixed fruit with yogurt! I'm really willing to try as much local food as I can whilst I'm here and glad I've had some of the really odd stuff but now safe to say my cravings of cereal have now gone now I've sampled a bowl full of condensed milk... :S

Later on a few of us went back to our street to try and find Annie and Dah to go for noodle soup but they were nowhere to be seen...? :( Saw the most beautiful girl at the noodle stall that looked like an Asian version of the old blonde haired Jennifer Lopez in the Anaconda movie, Zorro thought she was ugly and compared her to Toni Braxton! Because they look so alike.. :/

Ive always stuck to vegetarian when I eat from stalls and prefer noodle soup alone but the guys had a mixture of, pork and beef... It also had balls of pigs blood! I was dared to try it, by now, I've eaten so much weird stuff that nothing even phases me anymore! There will soon be a day when I've tried it all so I just tried it... One word; BORK! No only joking, I'm actually quite ashamed to say it didn't actually taste all that bad, but the texture is too soft and swuidgy for my liking! Dread to think what I will be eating next!...
