Arrived in Kanchanburi yesterday. I am now offically a solo traveller, as Nat went home Monday. After Cambodia we made our way to Northern Thailand. We are now in Chiang Mai, having two days of doing absolutely nothing (so we can recover from spedning 20 hours over last two days on buses), before we go trekking to the Hill Tribes for 3 days. Floating Market was great. Was lovely to see a bit of traditional Thai life, being stuch in Bangkok for a few days started getting me wondering why I was here, but seeing the floating market reminded me and bought back that fascination with other cultures and aspriation to see as much as I can.
